Orders can be cancelled only before service activation or processing begins. Once the service is activated, provisioned, or delivered, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed after successful payment gateway verification. If the transaction is not verified or fails during payment gateway validation, no refund request will be accepted.

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests made after this period may not be considered.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

7. Payment Verification Requirement
